Patsy is one of the founders of White County Creative Writers. Her experience and enthusiasm for writing has
helped many of the members. She wrote a weekly column for The Daily Citizen in Searcy for fifteen years before starting
freelancing to newspapers and magazines. Her columns have appeared in many papers in Arkansas, and are now syndicated
by SENIOR WIRE, Clear Mountain Communications, Denver, Colorado.

Patsy has two collections of her columns in
publication, and another, Years, Fears, and Running Gears, Volume II, With Retirement Years, is scheduled for release
in 2007. She recently completed another book, Hilton Emde, An Ordinary Man in Extraordinary Times, chronicling
the life of the World War II Veteran. It, too, will be available in 2007.
